Mrs. Bridget Linneman-Bayer

Philoshophy

Bridget Bayer is married to Matthew Bayer and is the mother of seven children – five girls and two boys. She and her family live in Sherwood and are members of St. John-Sacred Heart Parish. Bridget grew up in Kankakee, Illinois and came to Wisconsin by way of Marquette University where she majored in History of Philosophy and Psychology. Upon graduation, Bridget spent a year in Saitama prefecture in Japan teaching English as a foreign language at Kasukabe Higashi High School. It was there that Bridget felt her calling as an educator, so she returned to Marquette and completed requirements for teaching licensure in Psychology, English, and Broad Field Social Studies. She has previously taught Language Arts at Janesville Craig High School and middle school Language Arts, Social Studies, and Religion at St. John-Sacred Heart Catholic School. Bridget is excited to finally get to apply her Philosophy degree and share the joy of contemplating life’s big questions with teenagers. More importantly, she is eager to grow with her students and colleagues in love for Jesus Christ and His Church.
