St. Ignatius Students Create Christmas Art Board for Downtown Kaukauna Display
December 11, 2022
St. Ignatius Chesterton Academy students Joe Biese, Felicia Jaure, and Josephine Pakala created a Christmas art board on behalf of St. Ignatius Catholic School and St. Ignatius Chesterton Academy as part of an annual Christmas community artboard display in downtown Kaukauna.
The students conceptualized, draw, and painted the art board. It features the infant Jesus lying in a manger with the word “Messiah” written above.
Every year, various schools across the area are chosen to create an art board be a part of the community display. The display is located in downtown Kaukauna along Highway 55/Lawe Street on the south end of the bridge over the Fox River.
St. Ignatius Art Teacher Mr. Zach Lulloff was the faculty lead on the project in support of the students.
At St. Ignatius, we encourage every student to discover and develop their God-given talents for the greater good and for His glory. This artboard was a beautiful way for our students to share their artistic gifts and to also witness and share the joy of Christ’s coming birth with our local community.
